WORK WITH US
Chinenye started Host & Flow after years of working inside the short-term rental industry as a virtual assistant for Airbnb hosts. She saw the same problems repeating across every host she worked with. Listings that were invisible in search. Operations with no system behind them. Hosts who loved the idea of earning from their property but had no real support to make it work.
So she built that support.
Today Chinenye leads the operations at Host & Flow, overseeing every service the company delivers. From listing optimization and new listing setup to cohosting support, direct booking websites, and STR automation. She is the reason the work gets done properly and the reason hosts keep coming back.
She is also a mom, a wife, and someone who genuinely believes that the right team behind a host changes everything.
Lily is the voice of Host & Flow across every platform. She manages the community, creates content that actually helps hosts, and makes sure anyone who reaches out to Host & Flow feels heard and taken care of quickly.
She has a sharp understanding of what hosts need to know and a natural ability to communicate it in a way that is clear, warm, and useful. If you have ever commented on a Host & Flow post or sent a message and felt like you were talking to a real person who actually knew their stuff, that is Lily.
Outside of work she travels whenever she can, loves a good film, and is completely devoted to her two dogs.
Kelly handles everything that makes Host & Flow run smarter behind the scenes. Using tools like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, GoHighLevel, and Monday.com she builds the automation workflows and CRM systems that allow hosts to step back from the manual work that eats their time every day.
Guest messaging. Review requests. Cleaning notifications. Booking confirmations. Inquiry follow-ups. Kelly turns all of that into systems that run without anyone having to trigger them manually.
She joined Host & Flow because she saw how much time hosts were losing to tasks that technology could handle. Her work is what makes no-code STR automation a real, practical service and not just a concept.
