Before Host & Flow existed, we were working behind the scenes for Airbnb hosts as virtual assistants. Handling guest messages, coordinating cleaners, managing calendars, fixing listing errors at odd hours. We were not the hosts. We were the people keeping everything running while the hosts lived their lives. That time taught us everything. We saw what made a listing perform and what made it invisible. We saw hosts with beautiful properties sitting empty because nobody had shown them how to write a title that Airbnb’s algorithm could actually find. We saw hosts burning out from doing manually what a simple system could handle in seconds. We saw guests leave bad reviews not because the property was bad but because nobody had set the right expectations before check-in. We also saw something else. A gap. Hosts needed real, reliable, knowledgeable support and most of what existed was either too expensive, too corporate, or simply not built for them. So in 2023 a group of us, a team of women and mothers who had spent years inside the short-term rental world, decided to build the thing we wished existed. We called it Host & Flow Ltd. We started with what we knew. Cohosting support, listing optimization, and new listing setup for hosts who were starting out or stuck. We were small, deliberate, and deeply invested in every host we worked with. By 2025 Host & Flow had grown into a global short-term rental support brand trusted by hosts in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Dubai, and South Africa. We did not grow because we marketed well. We grew because the hosts we worked with got results and told other hosts. That is still how it works today.
