 Airbnb cohosting is a professional arrangement where a trained team manages your hosting operations on your behalf. You remain the property owner and primary host on the platform. Host & Flow handles guest communication, cleaning coordination, calendar management, review responses, and daily operations. You stay in control of the big decisions while we take care of everything that takes your time.

Co-hosting means you stay involved as the primary host while we manage the operations around you. Property management is fully hands-off. We take over pricing, maintenance, restocking, and all communications with no involvement needed from you. Host & Flow offers both. The cohosting packages are ideal for hosts who want to stay connected to their property without doing the daily work.

No. You keep full access to your account at all times. You can see every message, every booking, and every update. We are added as a co-host on the platform, which gives us the access we need to manage operations without removing any of your control or visibility.

We provide cohosting support for listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking websites. If your listing is on multiple platforms, we coordinate across all of them.

The cleaning coordination app is a dedicated tool built by Host & Flow for the hosts on our Elite and Prestige cohosting plans. It gives your cleaning team a separate dashboard, tracks each turnover from checkout to approval, sends automated reminders, and documents every clean. It is included free for Elite and Prestige clients.

We aim to respond to all guest messages within one hour. For urgent matters including emergencies, lockouts, and maintenance issues, we respond immediately regardless of the time of day or night.

Host & Flow provides Airbnb cohosting support for hosts in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Dubai, and South Africa. Remote support and coordination services are available to hosts worldwide.
