Host & Flow Referral Program
Have you ever been rewarded for referring someone while they get rewarded too?
Host & Flow’s Referral Program makes that possible.
Simply share our services with friends, family, or colleagues. When they sign up, both of you receive a reward.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to individuals 18 years or older.
- Each referral must be for a new Host & Flow client.
- A Referrer may refer up to 10 different people, but may not refer the same person more than once.
- To receive rewards, the Referrer must follow Host & Flow on at least one social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
HOW IT WORKS
- Fill out the referral form and receive a unique Referral Code by email.
- Share your Referral Code with prospective hosts or property owners.
- The Referee signs up for any Host & Flow service (Co-Hosting, STR Property Management, Property Finding, Rental Arbitrage, or any Extras).
- The Referral Code must be provided at sign-up or included in the first email.
- Host & Flow verifies the referral once the Referee’s service agreement is signed.
- Referrer Reward: Host & Flow grants 10% of the first payment made by the referred client.
- Referee Reward: Host & Flow provides a welcome gift or service credit after onboarding.
- Selection of Rewards: Host & Flow determines the specific gift or bonus. Rewards are not selected by the Referrer or Referee.
- Rewards are delivered within 30 days of the referred client’s first successful payment.

REFERRER MAY RECEIVE
- Gift cards usable globally
- One month of free internet data top-up
- 10% of the first payment from any referred client
- Entry into an exclusive monthly giveaway for top referrers
- Surprise rewards as a token of appreciation
REFEREE MAY RECEIVE
- Gift cards usable globally
- A discount on the first month of Host & Flow service
- Complimentary listing optimization or service credit
Program Guidelines
- No self-referrals.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
- Referral Codes expire 14 days after they are generated.
- Host & Flow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with notice.
- Proof of completed onboarding may be required before rewards are issued.
- Each person may only be referred once.
- To receive rewards, the Referrer must follow Host & Flow on at least one social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn).
By participating, you grant Host & Flow permission to mention your first name only (no photos or identifying details) in social media posts announcing referral rewards.
