- Direct booking website design and management
- Consulting, digital resources, and operational support
Specific services, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in individual agreements or proposals.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver quality service, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Access to listings, calendars, and platforms
- Pricing rules, house rules, and property policies
- Property details, content, images, and approvals
- Timely responses to questions and requests
Host & Flow is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing, incorrect, or late information.
Timelines & Delivery
All timelines provided are estimates.
This applies especially to website builds, onboarding, optimizations, and setup work. Delays in communication, approvals, or access may affect delivery schedules.
Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Host & Flow works with third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, PMS tools, payment processors, and other external services.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or technical issues
- Policy changes made by third-party platforms
- Payment processing delays or failures
- Account suspensions or restrictions beyond our control
Payments, Scope & Additional Work
- Services begin after the required upfront payment is received
- Ongoing services may be paused if payments are overdue
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless stated otherwise in writing
Each service has a defined scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.
Revisions & Change Requests
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope of work.
Major changes, new requests, or shifts in direction may result in additional fees and extended timelines. Requests made late in a project may affect delivery dates.
Communication & Availability
Clients agree to remain reasonably available during active projects.
Communication may take place via email, messaging, or scheduled calls. Delays in feedback or approvals may impact timelines and outcomes.
Performance Disclaimer
Host & Flow does not guarantee specific results such as revenue, occupancy rates, rankings, or booking volume.
Performance depends on factors including market conditions, property quality, pricing strategy, guest behavior, and platform rules.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
For website and digital services:
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment
- Host & Flow may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
- Templates, systems, and internal methods remain the property of Host & Flow
Termination of Services
Either party may end services with written notice.
- Outstanding balances remain payable
- Work completed up to the termination date remains billable
- Access and services may be withdrawn if agreements are terminated
Liability Limitation
Host & Flow is not liable for indirect losses, missed revenue, guest behavior, or property damage.
Clients remain responsible for property condition, insurance coverage, and legal compliance.
