Chinenye - Operations Manager
Chinenye’s journey into the STR world began with a genuine love for hospitality and the freedom that short-term rentals can create for homeowners. Over the years, she has trained in the STR industry, giving her both the technical expertise and the human understanding needed to support clients at every step of their hosting journey.
Chinenye also has a strong passion for technology and automation. She loves discovering tools, systems, and smarter ways of working.
Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two amazing children and a wife to a supportive husband. She loves to travel, watch films, and spend some time with family.
Lily - Community Manager
Lily is our vibrant Community Manager, making sure our online spaces are just as welcoming as our rentals. She shares helpful tips, connects with guests and hosts, and keeps the Host & Flow community inspired and informed across all our social channels.
Outside of work, Lily is an avid traveler who loves exploring hidden gems around the world. She’s the proud “dog mom” to two energetic pups, enjoys weekend hikes, and can’t resist a good romantic comedy. Her passion for people and storytelling brings a personal touch to everything she does, ensuring our brand feels like a friendly conversation rather than just a service.
