Chinenye’s journey into the STR world began with a genuine love for hospitality and the freedom that short-term rentals can create for homeowners. Over the years, she has trained in Airbnb co-hosting, property management, rental arbitrage, and property finding, giving her both the technical expertise and the human understanding needed to support clients at every step of their hosting journey.

Chinenye also has a strong passion for technology and automation. She loves discovering tools, systems, and smarter ways of working;  but she believes in using tech wisely, not excessively. For her, the goal is simple: use innovation to make life easier, not more complicated. This balanced approach is a big part of why Host & Flow’s operations feel effortless for clients.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two amazing children and a wife to a supportive husband. She loves to travel, read novels, watch films, and design processes that simplify everyday life. Her long-term goal is to keep growing as a property management professional while helping others achieve financial freedom and a healthier work-life balance through short-term rentals.
